Week 2 Activities
Below are suggested activities for Week 2 of Sammy Rabbit’s 27 Week Financial Education Program for Young Kids.
The suggested activities are intended to create short money moments (experiences and conversations) to keep kids thinking and learning about money on a regular basis, even daily.
Pick activities and proceed at a pace you determine best.
Feel free to contact Sammy or Hub Partners for additional suggestions.
Day 1
Read and Color pages 1 to 6 of Sammy’s Big Dream! Or, have kids go at their own pace.
Follow coloring with a conversation.
Day 2
Read and Color pages 7 to 16 of Sammy’s Big Dream! Or, have kids go at their own pace.
Follow coloring with a conversation.
Day 3
Read and Color pages 17 to 28 of Sammy’s Big Dream! Or, have kids go at their own pace.
Follow coloring with a conversation.
Day 4
Review the Sammy Sayings at the bottom of pages 1 to 13 of the storybook.
Then write some of your favorite Sammy sayings in a journal. And/or frame one of the sayings and post in your wall or refrigerator, somewhere that you can see it everyday!

Day 5
Review the Sammy Sayings at the bottom of pages 14 to 26 of the storybook.
Then write some of your favorite Sammy sayings in a journal. And/or frame one of the sayings and post in your wall or refrigerator, somewhere that you can see it everyday!

Take story book Quiz number one.
Day 7
Take story book Quiz number two.
Saving money and reading are great habits!They transform lives.
Proceed to Week 3 of Program
Next week, children will write the story in their own words!
