Sponsor Terms of Agreement
Greetings!
Thank you for supporting financial literacy education, SammyRabbit.com and Sammy Rabbit's Money School (“SammyRabbit.com,” “Sammy Rabbit Money School,” “The Money School,” “School,” “we,” “us,” "our," “website,” or "Enterprise"), which owns and operates this website, all of its Content and any other products and services that the Enterprise may provide now or in the future (collectively, the “Services”).
A Sponsor is an enterprise or individual who purchases individual User (“Member” “Memberships”) Accounts in bulk (more than 25) for Sammy Rabbit’s Money School to give to others (“employees,” “clients,” “parents,” “schools,” “youth organizations,” “non-profits,” or whoever they deem appropriate) to provide them access to financial literacy education resources from SammyRabbit.com.
The following Sponsor Terms of Service are a legal contract between Sponsor and SammyRabbit.com regarding your use of the Services. These terms are in addition to SammyRabbit.com User Terms of Service which Sponsor is legally obligated to comply with except as expressly authorized herein.
Use of the Services is governed by these Terms, SammyRabbit.com User Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we collect and how we use and share it.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY AGREEING TO SPONSOR SAMMYRABBIT.COM USER ACCOUNTS, DISTRIBUTING THEM AND PROVIDING OTHERS THE RIGHT TO REGISTER FOR, ACCESS, BROWSE, OR USE THE WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND ANY ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES (AS DEFINED BELOW) (COLLECTIVELY, THE “TERMS”), AND THAT YOU HAVE READ THE SAMMYRABBIT.COM TERMS OF SERVICE AND/OR SAMMYRABBIT.COM PRIVACY POLICY.
AS A SPONSOR YOU AGREE, ON BEHALF OF YOUR INSTITUTION, THAT USERS YOU SPONSOR ARE BOUND BY THE TERMS, UNLESS YOUR INSTITUTION HAS A SEPARATE WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH US.
1. Term of Sponsorships and Memberships
Unless agreed and documented otherwise, all Sponsor purchased Money School Memberships will be for a term of 1 year or 365 days.
SammyRabbit.com and Sponsor will agree to start and end dates as a part of Sponsorship Agreement Memorandum to be transmitted and confirmed via Email Communication.
2. Special Sponsor Rights
A Sponsor will receive the following special rights:
2.1. Unique URL
A unique URL for its Sammy Rabbit Money School Memberships, for Sponsor to provide to those it deems appropriate, so they can become Members (“Users”) of The Money School and access School content that incorporates Sponsor recognition per paragraph 2.2 herein.
2.2. Brand - Co-Brand Recognition
2.2.1. On Unique URL. The Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on The Home or Entry Page of the unique URL assigned to it. See Sample Treatment.
2.2.2. On Bottom of Activities. The Sponsor’s URL, in text format will be displayed at the bottom of Activity Templates within the Sponsor’s version and unique URL of Sammy Rabbit’s Money School. See Sample Treatment.
2.3. Use of Resources
2.2.1. Downloads. Sponsor and or its Members have the right to unlimited downloads of resources during term of the agreement;
2.2.2. Activity Templates. Sponsor may download and print an “unlimited” number of copies of Activity Templates “as is” for distribution and use during the term of the agreement.
Sponsor may not print or distribute Activity Templates beyond the term of the agreement, even if Activity Templates are printed prior the expiration of the term of this agreement.
This right extends to the Sponsor only and not the Users it provides Memberships to. Users are restricted to use of SammyRabbit.com and Sammy Rabbit’s Money School as stated in our Terms of Service.
Activity Templates may not be altered in any manner. Activity Templates may not be resold, repackaged or included in any other Sponsor product or services.
2.2.3 Other Resources. Webpage, digital files and all other content may not be altered in any manner. Additionally the aforementioned may not be resold, repackaged or included in any other Sponsor product or services.
3. Marketing and Promotion Materials
Sponsor will have access to a set of marketing and promotion materials to promote its Sponsorship of Sammy Rabbit Money School Membership and its commitment to making early age financial literacy education available to the individuals, partners and communities it serves.
Access to these materials will be provided in this Sammy Rabbit Marketing Dropbox.
The Dropbox will include a Promotion Assets folder.
The resources are turnkey and may be shared with your audience. The text can be adjusted to reflect your voice and other marketing and public relations outreach strategies. Images and/or graphics may not be altered without express written permission from SammyRabbit.com
We're happy to offer tips and suggestions on their use.
4. Other
Should Sponsor have any questions regarding its Sponsorship and/or its administration, Sponsor should contact Sam X Renick via email at contact@SammyRabbit.com or another email address provided to Sponsor.
